Description of the waste generating technology

A sör és bor szűrése ill. derítése során felhasznált bentonit.
1 gr bentonit felülete 50.000 cm2, szemcsenagysága megközelíti a kolloid méreteket (mikron), melyek egyidejűleg különösen nagy ionmegkötő képességgel abszorbeálják a pozitív töltésű kolloidokat, elsősorban a fehérjemolekulákat, valamint azon cserzőanyagokat, amelyek az italokban - gyakran nem definiálható - utólagos zavarosodást okoznak. Eltávolítja a biogén aminokat is, mint a hystamin, tiamin (fejfájást okozók) stb., amelyek túlnövelt koncentrációkban lépnek fel, ha a biológiai savlebontás coccusokkal folyik. Alkalmas a legigényesebb italkezelési technológiákhoz: biztosítja a fehérje stabilitását, derítést, legmesszebb menően kíméli a specifikus italaroma-anyagokat, megőrzi az elsődleges illat- és zamatanyagokat.
