A megoszlási hányados 2 injektálásból, kalibráció nélkül meghatározható, mert a vizes fázist oktanollal, az oktanolos fázist vízzel hozzuk egyensúlyba, majd gőztéranalízissel mérjük mindkét minta felett kialakult koncentrációnak megfelelő csúcsterületet.

Detailed Protocol

A vizsgálandó anyagból 25 ul-t adunk 1 ml oktanolt és 1 ml vizet tartalmazó csavaros edénybe. Lezárva egy órát kevertetjük, majd a fázisok szétválása után 200-200 ul-t veszünk a két fázisból gázkromatográfiás gőztéranalízishez való mintatartó edénybe. 200 ul vizes fázishoz 200 ul oktanolt mérünk, valamint 200 ul oktanolos fázishoz 200 ul vizet mérünk. Mindkét mintát lezárjuk, 20 percig 90°C-on inkubáljuk, majd 250-250 ul-t injektálunk a gázkromatográfba. A megoszlási hányados a két mintában a vizsgálandóra kapott csúcsterületek hányadosa.
