Description of the waste generating technology

A burgonyafeldolgozás legnagyobb mellékterméke a héj, amely azonban az alkalmazott technológiától függően a burgonya tömegének 15–40 %-át kiteheti.A héj mellett még metalálhatóak a burgonya hulladékban azok a belső részek is, melyek a humán fogyasztási sztenderdeknek nem felelnek meg.
Az iparban erre a célra egy speciális burgonya hámozó gépet használnak.
