Víz és szennyvízvizsgálati módszer.

Limits of the method

A szerves anyagok, mint például az aminosavak és az alifás aminok zavarhatják a szervetlen kationok meghatározását.
A keresztérzékenység más kationokkal (pl. mangánnal)függ az elválasztóoszlop szelektivitásától. Keresztérzékenység fordult elő az NH4 és a Na meghatározásakor, ha ezek koncentrációkülönbsége nagy.

Detailed Protocol

A fémeket folyadékkromatográfiásan, elválasztóoszloppal választjuk el. Állófázisként kis kapacitású kationcserélőt, mobil fázisként általában egy- és kétértékű savak vizes oldatát használjuk.
