Description of the waste generating technology

A szeszgyártás mellékterméke, az erjedési folyamat során keletkezik. A szeszgyári kukoricatörköly létrejöttének alapja a minőségi, magas keményítő-tartalmú kukorica. Az apróra darált kukoricaszem keményítője melegített környezetben adalék enzimek hatására egyszerű cukrokká alakul. Az így létrejött szénhidrátok a hozzáadott élesztő hatására alkohollá alakulnak. A szesz tökéletes hatékonyságú lepárolására akkor kerülhet sor, amikor az alkohol koncentrációja a legmagasabb. E folyamat keretén belül keletkezett szeszgyári moslék folyadékának leválasztásával keletkezik a kukoricatörköly.
