Description of the waste generating technology

A keményítő üzemekben a keményítő burgonyából való extrakciója során keletkezett fehérjetartalmú oldat. A keményítőszemcséket a gumó sejtjeiben találjuk meg, amelyeket gyümölcsvíz vesz körül. A burgonyakeményítő-gyártásban a sejteket mechanikus úton zúzzuk szét, a szabaddá váló keményítőszemcséket különválasztjuk a rostrészektől és a gyümölcsvíztől.
A burgonyakeményítő-gyártás műveletei a következők:
- a burgonya tisztítása, mosása
- reszelés, zúzás
- a keményítő kimosása
- a nyers keményítő tisztítása, finomítása
- a keményítőtej víztelenítése és szárítása
